Oxford coverage · thoughtful virtual care

Oxford Psychiatric Provider

You should not have to choose between care that feels personal and care that works with your practical life. If Oxford is part of your insurance coverage, I invite you to ask about starting online psychiatric care with me.

What this page covers

I work with many patients who have Oxford coverage. Because Oxford plans can differ by state, employer, policy, and eligibility, I verify your individual benefits rather than treating the payer name as a guarantee.

This page explains the conversation we can have before your first appointment: what services may be available, which costs to ask about, and how I will help you prepare for a more informed decision.

Care that stays personal

Services available

Telehealth gives us room to build care around your lived experience. The right starting point depends on your needs, history, and goals.

01

Psychiatric evaluations

A comprehensive beginning that brings your concerns, history, goals, and strengths into one clear conversation.

02

Medication management

Ongoing medication care that stays attentive to your response, preferences, safety, and changing needs.

03

Supportive therapy via telehealth

A compassionate space for reflection and practical tools that can support progress outside the appointment.

Before your first visit

How insurance works with us

For an Oxford benefits check, please provide the information from your card and the state where your appointment will take place. I will look for telehealth behavioral health benefits and note whether copays, deductibles, coinsurance, or authorization requirements may apply.

Your plan’s summary is not the same as a guarantee that a claim will be paid. Oxford and the health plan determine final coverage after eligibility and claims processing, so please confirm estimates directly when you need a definitive answer.

Questions worth asking

What patients should verify

Here are the points I recommend keeping close when you call Oxford or review your plan:

  • 01Coverage for telehealth psychiatric evaluations
  • 02Your visit copay or coinsurance amount
  • 03Deductible remaining for the current benefit year
  • 04Any authorization or referral steps
  • 05Whether your state and plan permit this type of visit

A few answers

Oxford FAQs

Can Oxford members receive care at Campbell Telehealth?

I work with many patients who have Oxford coverage. Participation varies by state and plan, so I verify your specific benefits before your first appointment and encourage you to confirm the plan’s estimate as well.

What information helps with verification?

The front and back of your insurance card, your member and group numbers, and your current state are helpful. If your plan is administered through a larger carrier, include the behavioral-health contact listed on the card.

Will my first appointment have a different cost?

It may. Plans can apply different copays, deductibles, or coinsurance to an evaluation than to follow-up care. I will share the information available so you can ask Oxford a focused question before scheduling.

A clear next step

Let’s find a clear way forward.

Send your Oxford questions through the contact page. I will help you understand the verification process and decide what kind of care fits your needs.
