A careful first conversation about symptoms, history, goals, and what support might be most useful now.
Aetna coverage · online care
If you have Aetna coverage and are looking for thoughtful psychiatric care, you are welcome to reach out. I work with many patients who have Aetna coverage, and I take time to understand the details of each individual plan before we begin.

A place to start
This page is a starting point for understanding how Aetna coverage may work with Campbell Telehealth. Participation can vary by state, plan design, eligibility, and the benefits attached to your specific member ID.
Before your first appointment, I verify the information available and help you identify the questions to ask Aetna. That process is meant to make the financial side of care clearer, while recognizing that your health plan makes the final coverage determination.
Care that stays personal
Telehealth gives us room to build care around your lived experience. The right starting point depends on your needs, history, and goals.

A careful first conversation about symptoms, history, goals, and what support might be most useful now.
02
Ongoing review of medications, benefits, concerns, and response, with decisions made collaboratively and thoughtfully.
03
Space to build insight, coping skills, and steadier routines alongside medication care when appropriate.
Before your first visit
I will ask for the member information needed to check whether your Aetna plan includes outpatient behavioral health and telehealth visits with a psychiatric nurse practitioner. Copays, coinsurance, and deductible responsibility can all vary by policy.
A benefits verification is helpful but is not a promise of payment. Your plan may process a claim differently after care is delivered, so I encourage you to keep your explanation of benefits and contact Aetna with any questions about the final determination.

A few answers
I work with many patients who have Aetna coverage. Participation varies by state and plan, so I verify your specific benefits before your first appointment rather than making a blanket coverage promise.
Please share the member and group information from your insurance card, along with the state where you will be located during your visit. I can then review the available details and explain what still needs to be confirmed.
Some plans include telehealth behavioral health benefits and some have additional rules. Ask Aetna about outpatient telehealth with a psychiatric nurse practitioner, and I will verify the practice-side information before we meet.
A clear next step
